We sell wigs, hair extensions, makeup, and beauty accessories. Product details, prices, and availability may change anytime. Orders can be canceled or withdrawn at our discretion.
Orders & Payments
All order details must be accurate. Payment is required in full before shipping. We may refuse or cancel orders for fraud, errors, or unauthorized use.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery times are estimates only. All sales are final unless covered by our Return Policy. Returns (if accepted) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Customer Responsibilities
You may not misuse our products/services, engage in fraud, harassment, offensive behavior, or violate laws. We may cancel orders or ban customers who break these rules.
Intellectual Property

Return and Refund Policy

FredAura Hair & Beauty Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, hair extensions, and cosmetics cannot be returned if opened, worn, or tampered with.
Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify for return.

We accept returns only if:

Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective).
If approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
If a replacement is preferred, it will be shipped once the return is approved.
