FredAura Medical Hair Specialist

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of medical hair products and services, the following policy applies.

Custom & Medical Hair Products

Custom wigs, cranial prosthetics, and made-to-order hair systems are non-refundable once production has begun or the item has been altered, fitted, or worn.

Non-Custom Products

Unused, non-custom products may be eligible for return within 7–14 days of purchase, provided they are:

• Unworn and unaltered
• In original condition and packaging
• Free of damage or signs of use

Approval of returns is at the discretion of FredAura Medical Hair Specialist and may be subject to inspection.

Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

For health and safety reasons, products that have been worn, customized, cut, styled, or altered cannot be returned or refunded.

Services & Appointments

Service fees, deposits, and completed services are non-refundable. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeited deposits.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If a product is defective or incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or adjustment.

Insurance Reimbursement

Refunds are not provided for services or products denied by insurance. Insurance reimbursement is the responsibility of the patient and is not guaranteed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.
